Paul Youmans has been the pastor of OBBC since the year 2000. Previous to this ministry, he served 8 years on staff at Emmanuel Baptist Church of Hartsville, South Carolina. He also served in a church planting ministry in Jacksonville, Florida for four years. Pastor Youmans earned his Bachelor of Theology and Master of Ministry degrees from Piedmont Bible College. He has been married to his wife, Cathy, since 1987 and they have four children as well as seven grandchildren.
